Omfg ever since the surgery changed it is harder to get an appointment also have a habit of loosing my sons prescriptions for his sleep disorder. This surgery is a joke also some of the drs need to work on their bedside manner as some are quite rude but there are a couple of good drs. The surgery deserves no star rating.

The reception staff are unhelpful, when did they go to university to become qualified Doctors. They are uncooperative. I got X ray's done in September, my wife phone to see what either my results were or to get an appointment - it is November and I am still waiting. My wife today (20/11/17) was supposed to get physiotherapy but they couldn't even get that right.

Been phoning since 8 o’clock this morning . I’ve phoned about 50 times and it hasn’t even rang once. I put a prescription in last Tuesday 6 days ago and it still hasn’t reached the chemist. This is not a one off this happens every time I try to get an appointment not even to see a doctor just to get a phone call from one ! The place is a circus and the receptionists are in dyer need of customer service training. It’s like a game trying to get an appointment and in the meantime people’s healths are at risk. !! Sort it out
